- There must be some kind of manifesto which in other contexts is called ‘corporate mission’ etc.
- Human value over economic value: Human value vs. market value
- Humanity first
- Most important ingredient: freelancers
- Some ideas of these ideas should be incorporated: Hiring ESL content creators
- Freelancers
- By 2027 it is estimated that 50% of the US workforce will be freelancers
- Freelancers are the ‘raw material’ that is globally available and if ‘refined’ correctly can
be turned into gems, diamonds and brilliants - Biggest problem on Upwork and other platforms: you must not reveal your true identity
and get punished to connect with clients - Most freelancers are struggling
- Hard to work alone

· What cannot be quantified in numbers? (relationship, quality of communication,
