Hi,
3). Shouldn’t Mr. Weeking participate in the conference call?
No, we shouldn’t call him back.
You’re right. He really should. – CORRECT
Yes, he should go to the conference.
Can you explain why the third option is incorrect?
Thanks in advance. Bye

You can’t go to a conference call. A conference call is conducted long distance so the participants are not physically present in the same room. So the phrase ‘go to the conference’ doesn’t work here.[YSaerTTEW443543]

Hi,
About the following sentence: 2). Why don’t we consider changing vendors? Could I also say “Why don’t we consider TO CHANGE vendors?”?
Thanks a lot and congratulations to Bev for her great job! – I’m referring to her 25’000 (!) answers on this site.
The verb is “consider”. You can use consider + -infinitive (-ing form), but nor consider + to infinitive.
And thank you. You realise you were responsible for quite a few of them?
By the way, you need a comma, not an apostrophe, in your number… 25,000.

Hehe, you’re quite right, dear Bev. I’ve already told you once: you’re my mentor.
Take care of yourself.

Hi,
I wonder why the first option in incorrect. Wouldn’t it be an acceptable alternative to the second option?
2). What about the rest of this paperwork?
We’ll do them tomorrow.
Let’s go. We’ll finish it later. – CORRECT
We have to be there by 4.

(°) I meant “… why the first option iS incorrect” obviously.
paperwork = it (uncountable)
We’ll do it tomorrow. - ‘them’ is incorrect.

Hi,
About the third answer in this exercise, could the answer be “no, thank you the same”?
2). Why don’t you like to eat sushi?
Yes, it’s my favorite!
I can’t stand the taste. – CORRECT
No, thank you anyway.
Thanks in advance. Cheerio

I have never heard or read the phrase 'No, thank you the same" so it doesn’t make any sense.[YSaerTTEW443543]

Hi,
1). How is your report coming along?
I’m almost finished.
OK. Could I also say “I’ve almost finished”?
Thanks.

For me, that would be a more grammatically correct/less colloquial way of putting it.
Those are correct terms, but wouldn’t work in this context.
They would require a question such as ‘would you like some sushi?’
