When writing it as numerals (as opposed to spelling out the words), use a colon.
It should be 10:25.
If you include the seconds, use another colon.
10:25:45

You say the same thing twice. Do you want to know if it’s 10:25 or 22:25? After all, there’s a difference betweem am and pm. But who cares? At least, you caught one person’s attention and now mine. Just to tell you that this is abolute nonsense, if not nul and void.
