Is "evidence" a countable noun?

According to Vocapture dictionary, “evidence” is also a countable noun, as shown below.

But I checked the Oxford Dictionary, which tells me that it is an uncountable noun.

So I am confused.

evidence

uk /ˈev.ɪ.dəns/ us /ˈev.ə.dəns/

Noun

evidence ( usually uncountable , plural evidences )

I’ve never seen a plural form of ‘evidence’. It falls into the same category as ‘information’ and ‘advice’.

It is used in the plural form, very rarely though, in legal parlance. But it is a non count noun as Torsten has clarified.

I do not like pluralizing it.

Neither do I, Anglophile.
