The three maps, for 1950, 1980 and 2010, depict the layout of West Park Secondary School, illustrating the modifications that have been made after 1950.
Overall, houses and farmland, which are located on the northwest and the southwest of the 1950 map, respectively, had been taken down for various new constructions, such as a side building for science, a sports field, and a car park. The school building, main and science block, are the only infrastructures that have not changed in size after 1980.
In detail, in 1980, a new building for science was constructed on the east side of the main building, taking half place of the previous resident houses. And the other half was made into a car park for students and visitors. In addition, the area for agriculture was made into a sports field.
By 2010, the car park has extended to the southwest, taking the entire place for the sports field. As a result, the sports field has moved to the east and taken approximately one-third of the playground area.

The three maps from 1950, 1980, and 2010 show the layout of West Park Secondary School and illustrate the changes that were made after 1950.
Overall, the houses and farmland located to the northwest and southwest, respectively, of the 1950 map were demolished for various new structures, such as a science annex, a sports field, and a parking lot. The school building, the main building, and the science block, are the only infrastructures that were not altered in size after 1980.
Specifically, a new science building was constructed in 1980 on the east side of the main building, occupying half of the former residential buildings. The other half was converted to a parking lot for students and visitors. In addition, the area used for agriculture was converted into an athletic field.
By 2010, the parking lot had been expanded to the southwest, taking up the entire space for the sports field. As a result, the sports field has migrated to the east, taking up about one-third of the playground area.
