Hello,

More context is needed to be certain, but “wild” is most likely used in sense (3) at oxforddictionaries.com/definition/wild : “lacking discipline or restraint”.
You’re crazy, unorthodox, unrestrained, excitable…
Thank you,
And when such a word can be used?
For excited thing or weired thing ?
Yes, “wild” can mean excited in an unrestrained or uncontrolled way.
“wild” doesn’t mean the same as “weird”. (I assume “weired” is a typo for “weird”.)
You did not uderstand me. Anyway, thank you.
“you’re wild” could mean many things… it depends on what context it was used in the movie. if you could tell me what’s the movie i might as well understand you
Thank you vey much.
That’s what I was asking for: if the phase limited to a specific meaning or it varies.
I don’t know the name of the movie as I’ve seen a part of it. the scene was between two. a man was listening to a woman and while she was talking he told her this.
Perhaps he meant; you’re bold.
Unfortunately that doesn’t advance us any further.
Unlikely to mean quite that. It very likely has the kind of meaning explained in the previous replies.
I can’t understand your language at all.
Sorry, perhaps my sentences are too complicated for your level.
Or Puppet should read your advice more carefully, Dozy. To me your explanation is quite clear. Puppet, sometimes, you have to read a text once or twice before you understand it, even in your own native language. Moreover, Beeesneees has given you some alternatives. Click on Dozy’s link, and you’ll get a dictionary online. I always use it, before I ask vocabulary questions.
Bye, Alexandro.
Hello puppet,
Describing some one as ‘wild’ always means they are unrestrained and uncontrolled (especially relating to pursuit of things they consider to be fun). They may also have an unusual outlook on things, but it isn’t an indication of someone being ‘weird’.
This explanation was simple. I can catch it on very easy.
Then “wild night” has the same meaning, too.
A night of fun and excitement.
Thank you, Beee.
It means he likes her. He thinks she’s an interesting woman. She’s not boring. He probably likes her romantically/sexually.
Whilst ‘he’ may well think these things, I disagree that this is the meaning of ‘you’re wild’!
That’s right, Puppet.
Thank you, BB.
