your vs yours

Please, can I use “yours” in phrase with verb in the singular. For example: where is yours book? Thanks.

‘Your’ is a possessive adjective like ‘my’ as in: Your book. Your books. ‘Yours’ is a possessive pronoun as in: This book is yours/These books are yours.

Alan, thank you very much for your clear explanations . You have been very helpful in my English learning. My best regards.
