I would like to ask the teachers here,which of the following sentences are right?

You really are smart
You are really smart

is there any difference between the two?

Both are correct.

There’s only a slight difference between the two. The first has a touch more emphasis on the fact that ‘you’ ARE smart, as if it’s a surprise or you’ve seen a demonstration of the fact.
