You can only build as high up as your foundation is deep

In German we have this saying: Show me your friends are and I’ll tell you what kind of person you are. Another version of this saying could be: “Tell me what books you have read over the past few years and I’ll tell you who you are”. So, if you want to know who I am, here are some of the books and resources that I have drawn a lot of knowledge and practical advice from:

  • “Unsere Welt Neu Denken” by Maja Göpel
  • “Sapiens: A Brief History of Humankind” by Yuval Noah Harari
  • “Jeder Mensch” by Ferdinand von Schierach
  • “Less Is More” by Jason Hickel
  • “The Strangest Secret” by Earl Nightingale
  • “How to Win Friends and Influence People” by Dale Carnegie
  • “The Magic of Thinking Big” by David J. Schwartz
  • “The Peter Principle” by Laurence J. Peter
  • ;“Der Untertan” by Heinrich Mann
  • “1984” by George Orwell
  • “Animal Farm” by George Orwell
  • “Brave New World” by Aldous Huxley
  • “Мы” by Евгений Замятин
  • “The Third Industrial Revolution” by Jeremy Rifkin
  • "What Would Google Do? by Jeff Jarvis
  • “Information Rules: A Strategic Guide to the Network Economy” by Carl Shapiro and Hal Varian
  • “The Long Tail: Why the Future of Business is Selling Less of” by Chris Anderson
  • “Wikinomics: How Mass Collaboration Changes Everything” by Anthony D. Williams
  • “Everybody Lies: Big Data, New Data, and What the Internet Can Tell Us About Who We Really Are” by Seth Stephens-Davidowitz

So, if you want to tell me who you are by sharing what books you have read you are more than welcome.
