Is there any difference between

[color=blue]The time is yet to come. and

[color=blue]The time has yet to come.

In my opinion there is no difference, and they are both grammatically correct, but I like the first one better in this case.

I like the sound of the second sentence better. Both sentences are correct. The two sentences mean the same thing too.
