Does anyone want to check my introduction? How can I improve the introduction?

These days more and more students are opting for studying and working simultaneously. Some people believe that it is impossible to reconcile a job with studies, yet, it is also claimed that students are able to strive for finding a ​balance between working and studying. The question is whether they should study and work at the same time or not.

Just my thoughts:
‘are able to strive for finding’ sounds a bit off here; ‘able to find a balance between work and study’ is what needed.
The last sentence sounds a kind of repetition of what was previously said. Why not: The question is whether they manage to combine these two. [= work and study]
