Here’s my first try. I just started using common letters. The first two words use six out of the eight most common letters in English. The third and forth words use the other two.

I didn’t see any points. I also didn’t see anything like you posted ( 214 X/6 ).
I got the next one in the same number of tries. I won’t post a spoiler though.
