Word hard (He works hard versus He hard works)

Hi all,

We can say: “He speaks English slowly.” and we can also say “He slowly speak English.”

So, the normal sentence is : He works hard.
If I write : He hard works.

Is it correct in grammar?

No. Nor is ‘he slowly speaks English’ correct. If the latter means anything, it means that he is a slow learner.
