Will that do?

Hi all,

A - You wouldn’t happen to have a pen?
B - I have a pencil. Will that do?

Right. Could I also say something like “I have a pencil. Does/Will that suit?”.

“Will that suit?” is possible I guess, but “Will that do?” is more common. “Does that suit?” does not seem likely to me.
