Will have vs. Will have been

Hey Guys,

This house will have been built a hundred years ago a week from now.
This house will have built a hundred years ago a week from now.
Which one is good?
(If one of them is)

Thanks
Spencer

Hi Spencer, welcome back! We’ve missed you, you know?

The first sentence is right:

This house will have been built a hundred years ago a week from now.

Thanks Conchita
I filled a test couple of weeks ago,and saw this form like:
will have built,
and it was a bit strange.
It wasn’t right,probably that’s why
