Hi Sean, sure you can take your time with this job since it’s an ongoing project running until the end of April.

Great story by @hankdinh. I am sure a lot of students struggling to manage their expenses can relate to it.

Hey @Torsten, I would like to jump in on this project as well. Even though freelancing isn’t my full-time job yet, perhaps I can write from an angle that shows what it is like to be in the middle of transitioning from a 9-5 job. No guarantees that I’ll have this project done by Friday, but I can have it done within the next couple weeks!

Thank you Natalia. It’s mostly my interests for English and my love for films that helped me get this level in English.

Hi @Tamar, sure I look forward to reading your story too. In the meantime you want to take a look at Laurie’s situation which I find very challenging and interesting at the same time. Let’s think about ways how we might help Laurie make her life easier by working together as a team rather than viewing ourselves as competitors: My Life as a U.S. Based Freelancer - Articles | english.best

Hello @tim_m , it’s good to see you here again  Thank you so much for creating ESL, TOEFL and TOEIC tests materials in PDF and MP3 | english.best shop which I have just added to the shop. As soon as we get the first sale you will receive all the money. Now, to increase the chances of generating some sales it would good if you could take a look at the product description and maybe add some information or even create a sales letter? I can make some suggestions too if you like  Please let us know what you think!

Hi, Torsten, thanks for inviting me to join the project. But freelancing is not my topic really because I’ve never done it. But I’m keen on other fields, for example, literature and arts.

Hello everyone, here is another story by Ruth from the Philippines. Hi @tim_m , I’m glad you like the fact that I have added your product to our shop. Here are some ideas as to what we should do to attract sales: Add a more detailed description of your product addressing the target group. For example something along the lines: 'If you are working as a freelance ESL teacher you always need useful handouts. I know what I’m talking about because I’m currently teaching English in Asia which is why I have created English for You based on my own experiences…" Then we should include your story. People always want to connect with people even when they buy a product and the person behind your product is very important because your clients want to relate to you and emulate you.
