If I don’t want remove “which” and “that”, these 2 sentences are still correct in grammar?

Which can be used in restrictive clauses, but to me it sounds awkward here.

Hi Van Khanh,
I feel that 'that is the better choice here. We use that after superlatives as in: That’s the best book that you can read and you could say the very has the same flavour.
