Are you coming to work daily?
or
Are you coming to work every day?
which one is better?
They are both correct English. To my mind there is a slight difference in meaning, with “every day” more clearly stating that no days will be missed. The second sentence also seems a bit more conversationally natural/likely to me.
In these sentences, the tense “are you coming” would normally be used to ask about intended future behaviour. If you want to ask about past-to-present behaviour, or about general habits, you should ask “Do you come to work daily / every day?”
