any examples using “where noted” in a sentence?

most examples I found use “except where noted”.

I don’t think you need the “except” but I must admit that the positive expression is usually “as noted”. "
“Fill out the form and sign where noted.” I guess that is one example of a positive usage.

  1. All songs are written by Kannathasan, except where noted.
  2. Programmes are presented in Tamil except where noted otherwise.
  3. As noted, use a first-aid kit to treat the wounded man.
    Are these sentences OK?

I think they are all fine, although I am trying to come up with a situation where someone would say or write #3; maybe a military handbook.
