In the aspect of the new environment, the administrative employees of the school should explain to the new students who experience a new life style, they have never seen it whether in their own countries, subsides or cities, for instance they find people eating or drinking in different ways that they have never seen in their life, they help them with being accustomed to the new environment.
In the aspect of the new language, the school should teach the new student the language that they need to deal the community that is around them which is very significant for their study and life at the same time, any person who wants to get a high score in the school that he/she is studying in should acknowledge the language that is being spoken there.
Thirdly, in the aspect of the culture, the school should teach the new students the culture of the society, so he/she can deal with his school-mates in a good manner and know the perfect way of doing that.
All in all, the school should teach the student all what he needs from being accustomed to the environment to the language and the culture of the community and all these skills would help him/her in the new school which is very good for his/her life.
