When do we use the prepositions 'in' and 'at'?

Dear teachers,

Please read:

1.In any conditions
2.At any conditions

You will choose (1) or (2) or both are correct?If both are correct, what is the difference btw (1) and (2)?

I think ‘in any conditions’ is correct.

(1) is correct
(2) would most likely be found in combination with a phrasal verb such as look at, hint at, laugh at, etc. 8)
