I’d like to ask a question. I need to know the common term that natives would use to describe a girl who acts like a boy and looks like a boy especially in the hairdo.

Many people would not know those words. (“romp”, yes, but not in that sense.)
‘Tomboy’ is by far the most common.

What is the difference between “sissy” & “fruit cake”?
sissy - boy who behaves with what is thought to be typically girlish tendencies (doesn’t like rough games, cries easily, etc.).
fruitcake - eccentric person, someone who behaves strangely.
I can’t seem to find it in any dictionary, but isn’t “fruitcake” also a term (AmE?) for a male homosexual? I thought that was what Puppet was alluding to (in contrast to “sissy”).
