What's the meaning of "sweeping runs" and "trembling belts"?

I read a post introducing Adele. one sentence is:
“every generation has been taught to love this kind of music: these big sweeping runs, these trembling belts”.

But I didn’t understand its meaning.

Could you help me in this ?
thanks.

We’re dealing with musical terms here: ‘runs’ can relate to “a rapid series of musical notes forming a scale”; ‘big sweeping’—to notes covering more than one octave.

‘Belting’ is a contemporary singing technique that produces a high-intensity vocal sound. “Belt Voice is the classic chest voice. If you “sing from your belt” or “belt out a song,” you can feel the sound originating in your chest area.”
