Hi, I want to use a online dictionary that can trasition words if I point the word I don’t know. Thank you all.

I used to use Babylon for many years because it runs in the background so you don’t need to launch any application. You can right-click on any word that appears in any application (in your browser/on a webpage), in Word or any other text editor and a small window pops up displaying the translation of the word, the transcription and more information. I personally prefer thefreedictionary.com
I find it quite exhaustive and in-depth.

If you want to find the definition of rare slang/words, nothing rivals www.urbandictionary.com, but it’s not very trustworthy.
