What is your spirituality?

Some people don’t believe in God or have any religion. However, they consider themselves spiritual. If you are one of those good people. Please share with us about your spirituality.

I am a Buddhist. My spirituality came from the teaching of Buddha, meditation, chanting and the practice. You might be a Buddhist from different corners of the world, perhaps our spirituality have some similarity or vice verse. ???
