What is the meaning of the phrase "gallant garden"?

What is the meaning of the phrase “gallant garden”? I remember seeing it in a TV programme but I don’t know which (+_+)?
Have you ever seen it before?

There is evidently cemetery in Hong Kong for civil servants called “Gallant Garden”.

The name makes no sense in English, because “gallant” means “brave”, “heroic” or “chivalrous”, and since a garden is an inanimate object, it’s hard to imagine a garden being any of those things.

But we’re used to Chinese English not making any sense.
