It is very hard to explain in general terms the “difference” between those words without just copying dictionary definitions, which you can easily look up yourself (and presumably have).
It would be helpful to see more context for the “development” question, but, generally speaking:
“development pattern” might refer to the general way in which development proceeds, in terms of organisation, scheduling, etc.
“development mode” might refer to a certain method of operation that characterises a phase of development.
“development model” might refer to an idealised or theoretical development method on which real projects are based. It could also refer to a physical prototype used during development for testing or demonstration.
Note that your question should ask “What is the difference between …”.
