Hi Diana,

I’m afraid books won’t help you much since the TOEIC measures your level of English, not your ability to prepare for a test. I suggest you take the 30/30 Challenge.

Good luck,

Torsten is correct.

The majority of TOEIC Preparation material focuses mainly on getting accustomed to the test and forgets the need to learn english. At www.onlineenglish.eu we have combined both, competent and official preparation for the TOEIC Test and the improvement of one’s Business English ability and proficiency.

This means that even if a person only wishes to improve their business English and fluency in the language including; email and letter writing, telephoning, vocabulary for specific departments or themes, or improve their speaking and ponunciation plus lots more, our online training website is ideal!

Naturally, if your goal is to sit the TOEIC Test, www.onlineenglish.eu currently offers far more than any other training website on the internet and is supported by an official TOEIC Test Centre and Authorized TOEIC Administrators.

Hi everyone,

I am looking for the process of how to make TOEIC test and how they administrate that test/ or how they score the test (maybe the process???)
And if I want to compare the TOEIC scores with another English test, how can I compare (they have different ways to score the tests)?
Please give me your advice or any ideas? Contact me here or at duylinhnguyen2000@yahoo.com

I really need your help,

Hi Linh,

Test administration and other information can be found at www.ets.org and look at the correlation tables published.

What exactly are you trying to do?

Hi Rob,

Thanks for your quick reply.
I am trying to know more about TOEIC? Why did ETS have to change to new format?
I am doing my thesis on this and I want to know more about how ETS did with TOEIC.
I want to compare the scores of each skill (Listening, Reading with another tests). I can not find the correlation tables of TOEIC with other tests. Did ETS have research on doing this. How did they compare TOEIC with two skills with other tests with four skills.

Looking forward to your help
Many thanks,

Linh

Hi everyone, I took TOEIC test last year without any preparation an got 800. I think TOEIC is pretty easy. All you need to do is listen to SLOW English intensively and watching BBC documentaries which have narrators speak extremely clearly and slowly. Believe me, you will make huge progress in 6 month. Above 700 is in hand.
