What does "belch the alphabet" mean? (alphabet/appalachia)

I would like to know the meanigs of the idioms below.

What does “belch the alphabet” mean?
And “cocktails in Appalachia”.

Thank you in advance!!

.
Neither are idioms; ‘cocktails in Appalachia’ was coined for the Friends show, I think. ‘To belch the alphabet’ is to say each and all of the letters of the Roman alphabet in order while simultaneously belching. ‘Cocktails in Appalachia’ is used to describe an unpleasant public display of affection.
.

Thank you for explaining.
Do you know the etymology of “Cocktails in Appalanchia”?
And the meaning of “schwang”? Is thid word being used commonly???

.
What do you mean, ‘etymology’ here? The individual words can be found, with their etymologies, in a dictionary. ‘Schwang’ sounds onomatopoetic, and could mean anything-- even an exclamation-- out of context.
.

Never knew we could use “neither” this way!!!

I did, so you can. Just watch out for prescriptivists.
