What does "and you" mean?

SAM: Victor, let me introduce you to someone. Lin – this is Victor Tang –

he’s the regional rep. for OceanWide. This is Lin Chan, my sales manager.

LIN: How do you do Mr Tang?

VICTOR: I’m very well thank you. Nice to meet you Ms Chan.

LIN: [color=red]And you.>
VICTOR: Can I get you another drink?

LIN: Thank you.

What did LIN mean when she said “And you”? Can it be replaced by “me too”?

Victor said it was nice to meet Lin; and Lin replied," And you,"meaning “It’s nice to meet you too.”

Hi Lephuoc,

Yes, ‘me too’ and so on are possible. Another conversational comment could be ‘Same here’ or ‘Likewise’.
