Could you tell me what is the difference in meaning between #1 and #2?
I was told that #2 is possible in some contexts. Could you give me the context in which #2 can be used?
Thank you.
1 - the help is beng offered to the person referred to as ‘you’.
2 - the person referred to as ‘you’ is offering help to someone else.
Thank you for your useful help!
I think I am starting to understand it. If possible, could you tell me what are the possible answers for #2?
