Believe it or not, I think that department is usually called âhousekeepingâ.
In a school, that department would be called âmaintenanceâ, and they would also make repairs to the place. In a hospital, repairs and cleaning are usually in separate departments, so in a hospital âmaintenanceâ repairs things, and âhousekeepingâ cleans things.
Hi,
we call that department in the bank as âoffice managementâ

âOffice managementâ isnât a normal term for a cleaning team, and most native speakers wouldnât understand it.
