What do we call a department responsible for cleaning the hospital?

Hello

I came back with a new question

what do we call a department, in a hospital for example, responsible for cleaning the hospital???

Thanks in advance :stuck_out_tongue:

Believe it or not, I think that department is usually called “housekeeping”.

In a school, that department would be called “maintenance”, and they would also make repairs to the place. In a hospital, repairs and cleaning are usually in separate departments, so in a hospital “maintenance” repairs things, and “housekeeping” cleans things.

Hi,
we call that department in the bank as “office management”

“Office management” isn’t a normal term for a cleaning team, and most native speakers wouldn’t understand it.
