"What do I get out of it?" synonyms

Hello

Could you clarify whether the following sentences are the same thing?

  • What do I get out of it?
  • What is it for me?
  • What is there in it for me?
  • What is the profit/ benefit of it for me?

Thanks a lot.

‘What is it for me?’ is incorrect. That should be ‘What is in it for me?’
They mean the same.
