Hello
Could you clarify whether the following sentences are the same thing?
Thanks a lot.
‘What is it for me?’ is incorrect. That should be ‘What is in it for me?’
They mean the same.

Hello, Majid:
My brother told me to pass along this one to you:
“What do I stand to gain from this?”
Beeesneees,
‘What is it for me?’ is incorrect. That should be ‘What is in it for me?’
Above is your statement.
Could you tell me: ‘What is it for me?’ is grammatically incorrect or logically incorrect?
Thanks.
Could you tell me which one of the sentences is more common?
Thanks again
What’s in it for me?
What do I get (out of it)?
How do I benefit?
What do I stand to gain?
