I´m working on a translation, and I´ve found these wierd sentence which I can´t understand. It goes like this: “the energy from all my practices would well up inside me and put me back in relationship.”
I know it´s a little wierd, just for a bit of context the text it´s about a shamanic session. Somebody can help to figure this out.

The sentence does not seem to be correct anyway, but “to well up” means “to come up” like water in a well.
