What are the characteristics of a good teacher? Use reasons and examples to support your response.

This is no doubt that teachers have an indisputable role in our life. From my point of view, teachers are our future predictors. When your teacher is responsible and modest you are probably will be like that hereafter and it is also true in opposite version . There are many characteristics of a good teacher but the attributes that are most significant for teacher are patience and responsibility.

For a start, patience serves a major role in being good teacher. It helps teacher to understand the student‘s problem and find the best solution. It also effects for inspiring the student. For instance, our math teacher knows mathematics very well but his deficiency is that he has no patience. One day the teacher gave the problem to the student. The student was unable to resolve it . The teacher became angry and shouted at him. As a result the pupil became discouraged and fell into desperate. This inaccurate behavior only made this issue getting worse. In a nutshell, the teacher should be more patient at this moment and seek why the student did not solve the question and do his best to help him rather than become infuriated. Another example is about our famous historian teacher .He is very intelligent but he explains the lesson very fast and no one comprehends him. He even does not give any opportunity to ask the question. Thus who needs his knowledge?

Secondly, responsibility also has a supreme importance in efficient teaching .For example, our chemistry teacher acts like a friend with us. He spends his leisure time with us such as in playing football. But what if the teacher is not eager in teaching? For example, if he comes late to the class and doesn’t give any assignments? Of course the pupil will think that it should be like that and it will pull him or her into misfortune.

All things considered, the good teacher should be patient and responsible in conjunction with their intelligent .Because when one of these is missing the quality of the lesson will automatically decrease.

Thank you Luscen for revising my essay. In last sentence I meant that student does not realize that he keeps his way in a wrong way. He thinks that he is good on his way but actually it is opposite. Eventually he realizes that it is too late.
