What are some of the experiences that have shaped your outlook?

Hello, Kitos and others again=)
I have reviewed this essay twice, especially the conclusion. Hope it works…And thanks a lot for any advice!

Our past experiences shape the way we look at people and the world around us. What are some of the experiences that have shaped your outlook and the way you live now.

When I see a successful person, I usually try to understand how he or she achieved this success. Often I find the answer in the environment of such a person. I mean especially those people, who influenced this person and maybe even changed his or hers way of living. The experiences that completely changed me and my outlook are several persons I have met in my life. I want to write this short essay about them.

The first person who changed me a lot was my grandmother. She lived quite a hard life, being born in a small town and being brought up during the war. She worked at a factory until her death, but spent her money mostly on our family, helping us at the beginning of independent life. She taught me the diligence, and now it helps me a lot, when I feel the lack of intelligence for solving a problem. She also made me think that my family is the most important thing.

Another person I would like to talk about is my University friend Sergey, who came from a distant small town and made a good career here, in the capital of our big country. Besides his persistence in studying and working, he also taught me to share with other people so that get some feedback from them in the future. I joined a big group of his friends in our campus dormitory and suddenly understood that they were so different, and each of them was a good specialist in one certain thing, but only together these people could realize the most incredible ideas.

The third person I appreciate for changing my mind is my father, because he taught me never give up. When he was suddenly fired from his job, being quite an old person without higher education, he tried to find all the possible ways to get a good work. I think he passed twenty or thirty interviews, but not successfully. But after the last one he took a perfect position. So, now if I want to do something important for me, I try to find all possible ways and repeat until the end.

In conclusion, writing these three examples, I tried to describe the most important experiences of my life. These people I had opportunity to meet changed me more than anything else.
