In employees’ life, everyone always work under supervise of a boss who manages a group people in a company based on work relationship. Depending on purpose of employees, there are many opinions in what are qualities of a good supervisor. In my opinion, a good boss is usually a person, who has strong background in his job, and is interested in his staff.

The main job of a boss is usually decision makings based on what his staff give him. To have a good choice, he needs to be an expert in his field. With strong background, he will know what’s true or wrong on a job. Therefore, he makes a final exact decision. Beside, if there is any problem in a project, he’ll know what he should do to find a solution. Actually, a boss having good knowledge is always highly appreciated and respected from every employee.

Additionally, a good boss is also a person who always is interested in his staffs such as having daily conversation, team training game or giving some small gift in birthday…ect. This helps him easily make a good relationship with them. From that, he can know clearly characteristic’s his staff which is a strong or weak points for his mission. Surely, setting up some work base on their ability is to get higher capacity. The friendly ship with employees also helps him solve conflict generated in a relationship between staff and boss.

In summary, a good supervisor needs to not only be an expert in his job, but also have to understand his staff life. This helps him always be number one in the staff’s eyes and keep stably his team.
