This type of invitation is region specific in India. People in the southern part follow this format which is a blend of the conventional and the modern. What you have suggested is an invitation extended by a third person for the Mohideens. There is another format which, after the address line, begins with ‘We’ (and with the other corresponding changes, if any) so that it becomes a direct invitation, which is preferable these days.

Alternately you could say: We solicit your … our daughter … with HAMEED … at Haji VTSR Wedding Hall, Mount Road, Tenkasi between 10.30 am and 12.00 pm on May 7, 2015.
(Whether it is marriage or wedding ‘to’ and ‘with’ are found used, but I prefer ‘to’ with marriage and ‘with’ with wedding. Wedding is considered to be a ceremony, so ‘ceremony’ may be avoided. Some people put the time first and the place later which is again a matter of choice rather than grammar which expects the place to be mentioned first. You can omit the period after the titles Mr and Mrs, use the lower case for the time and design the card centre-aligned.) Edited.
