  3. The city has the appearance of uncared for as almost everything has run down.

  4. The city has a run down appearance and most of the building have uncared for appearance.

You HAVE to work on noun verb singular/plural agreement if you wish to improve!

  1. This sentence is completely muddled. Possibly you mean:
    There was widespread rioting in the city when drunken citizens behaved uncontrollably. A lot of property was badly damaged.

  2. The city is run down and most buildings appear to be uncared for.
