Hi, everyone. How do you guys say this in English? Watercolor pen??

Usually ‘felt pen’.
Lid, cap or top.

The ‘body’ is usually just referred to as the felt pen itself.
I cannot say I’ve ever head many people talk about the base of the pen using a particular term.

Alright, then I guess I’ll just call the base of the pen ‘The base of the pen’. Thanks for your clarification.

Another word commonly used in the US is “marker” or “Magic marker”. I think Magic marker is a brand name.
