Simply put, no.

Be sure you don’t mean “I have to sleep” / “I have got to sleep”, which is much more common.

In one of a lesson about speculation in the present tense
They give example:
W here is Mary ?,if we are almost sure she is sleeping the answer is : Mary has got to be sleeping, is it the same thing if we give an answer Mary has to be sleeping
Am I right ?

Yes, in this case “Mary has got to be sleeping” and “Mary has to be sleeping” are equivalent and show that it is almost certain that Mary is asleep. But in your first post, “I have got to be sleeping” does not make much sense - how could you say this if you were sleeping?

You could say “I have got to be dreaming” - meaning you have seen something so unusual that you suspect that you are asleep and dreaming.

Can We say:

I have got to be sleeping when the postman rang the door. (I missed the post)

No, you should say, “I must have been sleeping when the postman rang at the door.”
