Using about to approximate date

I would like to know if the following sentence is grammatically correct, " my presentation will likely to take place about the end of November".

Two possibilities here -

  1. My presentation is likely to take place …

  2. My presentation will likely take place …

I think “My presentation will likely be taking place about the end of November.” can also be an option.
