use of "wished" or "wish"

  1. If I am saying this sentence at present than how should it be, " I wish you were here" or "I wished u were here"and why?
  2. Can you tell me if its grammatically correct also if it can be better.
    "Let me take a snap of you both.(I mean together)

If the wish continues, use the present tense. If you are referring to a past event, use the past tense.

[i]I am having a party right now. I wish you were here.

I had a party last week. I wished you were here. [/i]

I don’t know what your second sentence means. It appears to be some idiom I have never encountered.

‘Let me take a snap of you both.’ is acceptable as an informal request to take a photograph of two people, Hardwork.
