-_-_-Turn in here

Turn

.
.

Woman: Turn the key. Turn the handle. Turn right. Turn left. Turn the corner. Turn around. Turn back. Turn in here. Turn into a prince.

.
.

1- Is “Turn in” a phrasal verb in this case?

2- What does “Turn in here” mean?

Does it mean “Turn and come in”?

Thank you

In picture 9
He is about to enter something.
You could turn into a driveway, turn into a garage, turn into a room.

In the last picture, he changed into a prince.

“Turn in here” might be a street sign meaning “Turn in here to enter the garage.”

Joke of the Day

A man walked down the street and turned into a store.

Not sure if I understood your joke. Is it because turn into has two meanings? Turn into - change direction and turn into - he became a store.
