Divorce is simply a decision from married people but it frequently leaves complex consequences behind. This also could define as the end of love between two people after a certain time living together. Because of its consequences, some people think that divorce should be banned but others give opposed reasons to support divorce. This essay will discuss about the issues that we should ban divorce or remain it as stabilization.
The major reason why divorce should be banned is that people would have to think more carefully about their decision to get married. That means a couple who plan to get married, absolutely love each other and they confidently face marriage and all its issues. For example, a young couple just had met for several months and they had decided to marry after. They might not understand completely each other and they have decided hurriedly, being in marriage. As a consequence, they faced financial problems and felt bored after only 3 months because both of them were too young.
Another reason for banning divorce is that children will not be faced the negative effects of divorce. Parents, who sign a divorce petition, will be separated and they divide the responsibility to take care of children. As a result, some children will stay with their mother, without father or vice versa and there are numbers of children will be sent to children care centers. Consequently, children will grow up without basic education from their parents and might get about psychology problems, for example they might feel shy or withdraw when joining into society.
These are two reasons for banning divorce, the argument against this idea will now be presented.
The first reason to support divorce is that people are encouraged to divorce to find their new happiness in case their marriage was not rune successfully. The fact that people do not always take right decision in choosing their partners they live with. Thus, divorce would be seen the best solution to avoid some of far-tragic consequences of unhappy marriage. For example, violence can come from frustration at being stuck in an unhappy marriage, and the most number of people who have to be suffered seriously are women. So, women can decide to divorce and get the freedom to find their real husband.
The next reason why divorce should not be banned is that to avoid the marriage which is depended on purposes like getting money or property instead of real love. These situations are now existed commonly in today’s life. Some people follow their purpose which could be about money, they flirt partner and marry but cannot give them happiness. Obviously, if divorce will be banned, that means people who are cheated, would have to be stayed forever with their affected husband. Consequently, they will consider that these decision to marry close their last chance to being happy.
In conclusion, banning divorce leads people thinking carefully before getting married and it helps children avoid a bad future. Otherwise, people might have chances to start a new life in case their marriage will be unhappy. Divorce could contain both negative and positive sides but it also depends on in the situation people have to divorce. However, whatever divorce has result in the life, people should spend time to thinking carefully before deciding both marriage and divorce.
