tomorrow week

Hi. What does tomorrow week mean? Does it mean the week after tomorrow, next week or none of them?! Thanks.

Where did you hear that phrase?
I imagine it means a week tomorrow (8 days’ time) but have never heard it phrased like that. It’s not common in this area.

I have seen it in a vocabulary book. The title: Build your vocabulary1 by John Flower and Michael Berman. Page:9. What do you mean by a week tomorrow? I did not get your explanation!

The expression is familiar to me. It means what Beeesneees says. For example, if it’s now Sunday 11th, then tomorrow is Monday 12th and “tomorrow week” is Monday 19th.

8 days’ time.

So if today is Monday, 1st January, tomorrow week will be Tuesday, 9th January.

That sounds strange to me!

So, we can say it means a week after tomorrow, can`t we?

It may not be a week after tomorrow.
If today is Wednesday 1st, Thursday 2nd, Friday 3rd, Saturday 4th or Sunday 5th, then Tuesday week would be Tuesday 14th

I would usually say ‘a week Tuesday’ or ‘a week on Tuesday’.

Thanks a lot.

But that’s "Tuesday week. “Tomorrow week” is always a week after tomorrow, as far as I understand it. Not sure if we’re talking at cross-purposes…

Oh sorry, yes. I lost track of the original question.

Thank you both.
