please turn the sentence into a passive voice one;
I saw him climbing the tree.
another question is that; is there a structure “have got to do something” which is similiar to “have to do”

How are things with you today? As for your question, if you want to turn your first sentence into a passive construction, you might get the following sentence which is very awkward:
I saw how the tree was being climbed by him.
Again, this is a rather unusual sentence. Where did you find this exercise?
As for your second question, yes, you can say I’ve got to do something.

WOOW, ı get suprized when ı see the right answer.
Yesterday ı attended the exam of a bank and there was such a question and ı did it like this" He was seen climbing the tree by me".
Also there is one more question like this but cant remember.I searched in my books but cant find any answer.Can you advise me an adress about such hard complex questions?I also find some more difficult questions about reported speech but again cant remember the questions and cant find or ever come across such examples of reported speech.

Your sentence is also grammatically correct. (“He was seen climbing the tree by me.”)
However, if the information “by me” is so important that the speaker feels it must be included in the sentence, then a native speaker probably wouldn’t use the passive at all – or would possibly make a passive sentence like Torsten’s instead.
Why don’t you just post your other questions here? Try to make your questions as specific as possible. You should not post questions such as “How does reported speech work?” That sort of question is much too general. Do you have a grammar book? If so, which one(s)?

Hi berione81, Amy is right, you should try to make your question as specific as possible.
For more general information on reported speech you can read Alan’s story on Indirect Speech. Also, please don’t fall into the spelling trip. Things like cant and ı might look fancy, but they don’t exist, especially in business or bank English.

Your are very right Amny.I hope I could remember the questions or what type of questions I can’t do in the exam and could make my questions more specific.I want to do it very much but unfortunatelly,I can’t.But I can say that I have somehow a good grammer basis but with such hard the questions like this that are complex ,I get stucked.My expalantion seems to me not very clear or focused on a spesific thing but this is the best I can.I wish I could do better.:(.I have the Raymond Murphy’s "English Grammer In Use"Also some grammer books of some Turkish writers.
