When I joined this forum I saw this 10th April Exam Thread even toefl ibt test is going through every weekend… Si I asked Is there something special behind 10th April…

Regarding Toefl ibt test questions I do not think so that it is forbidden and one thing no one will remember the same questions and here you have to share the theme…

Brother, what are you doing now a days? you got admission and when you have the classes? I did not get in which field you got admission…

Hi PQ,
I don’t think that there is something unique about 10th April, LOL. About the copyright thing, actually, before the test begins, they will ask you to fill a form with your signature on it that demonstrates your commitment about keeping the TOEFL questions in secret and to not share them with other individuals. Regarding to this fact, you admit its copyright. :slight_smile:
I’ve achieved my admission for postgraduate studies in Environmental Engineering for September 2010, about 5 months from now. Your words are kind, I am glad you liked my essays. Everything I’ve achieved was unreachable without Kitos’s helps. He is a great man, I will continue to tell that to everyone I see. To me, he is more than a teacher, or a friend. :slight_smile:

You are right Mixmixi,
sharing examination questions during and after the exam is forbidden by ETS. That is the oath everyone takes before taking the exam.
If anyone is sharing questions or answers, that means the person is going against the rule.

I did the exam this morning. After spend 1 month studying, I’m very sad and dissapointed. The test was quite difficult…thats all((((

I did the exam this afternoon too, well I am a bit dissatisfied with the service centre ,where I passed the exam,because there were a lot of noise, around me. Interestingly, before the exanination has begun ,the personal from the test centre, explained me that the headset including the microphone are original imported from ETS,they were good and I definitely could not hear any outside noise during the test, however this did not happend. We were 4 people, whose passed the exam in a small room, with quite unpleasant assistant during the whole examination he has solving a crossword. LOOOL ,Speaking section: I am strating to talk, and the peorson adjacent to me is starting to talk too, so I am not able the arrange my toughts , these outside noises disconcentred my thinkig. I messd up the whole Speaking section ;(

The reading and the listenig section were a bit difficult, but I have answered on some quiestions familiar to myself. Also there where some difficult to comprehensibling lectures. On the other hand, the writing section was easier for me, in the first writng task I wrote 320 words. and in the essay I wrote 420 words. Simply put, I am satisfied with my writing although, I did some mistakes. However, I think that my result would be around 60- 70 points. :frowning:

I found the test more difficult than I expected. First question of speaking question was in a new format. I am disappointed with my performance in Speaking section.

I agree with you dacral. I spent 1 month preparing the exam and I think my english is pretty good (in fact, this is second time I do this test, and first time I had a score of 80 without study). But today,all people on the test center, have said the same: we’re totally f****ed :slight_smile:

Wow, I am really curious now! What do you mean by having a different format?! First question is an independent task and usually is like an essay topic but much shorter. You mean it was something different from what it must be?! Then, tell us what format did it have?!
