Nowadays, people have more stress in their work. This is because of the increasing rate of competition. Relieving of stress is very important for success in life. If people do work with stress then their chances of success is less. People can be free from stress if they do that work in which they feel happy and relaxed. There are many ways of relieving stress.

In my opinion, if people want to relieve stress then they should do that work, which is different from their routine. After work everybody gets tired and wants to relax. Chatting with friends is a good way to relax. If we like the company of a person who gives us good feelings and energy then we can go and enjoy with her. In my family we like the company of our friends so after dinner we all meet with each other and discuss many topics and feel happy. I would like to say just for the sake of change and feeling energetic, change from routine is very important.

To relieve stress I would also prefer to do something in which I feel relaxed, like listen to light music, watch a comedy movie and read some romantic novel. If a person will do these her mind will feel relax. This is because there is no use of brain in doing these activities. These types of activities usually divert the mind in a different direction. Therefore people feel good and happy. For relaxation, good feelings are important.

Sometimes people should prefer to go outside their working place. People can go to museums, historical places, beach …etc. People can also go for a long drive. These activities give change to everybody that is very important for relaxation.

The most important thing to feel relaxed is meditation. In my opinion now the life is full of stress and everybody has a bunch of worries. A person who is full of worries, for her achieving success is very difficult. This is my own experience to relieve stress. By meditation people can find peace and reduce stress. So meditation is an important key to relieve stress.

Finally, I would like to say if people find peace and happiness in their lives then they can get success very easily. This is possible only when people have no burden of stress in their mind.
