Even there is belief the student can’t evaluate their teacher exactly because their ability is not enough to examine their teacher, I think schools should ask students this.
First of all, this evaluation needs for helping students’ the better opportunity to take the better learning from teachers. As they have taken teachers’ lesson, students probably know what they more need from their teacher.
Depends on their learning ability for speacial study area, they would have different kind of asking to their teachers.
When they freely speak what they want exactly from the teacher, school make satisfied stuedents’ requesting.
Moreover, this evaluation also help teachers. Even they make their effort hardly to teach students, there exist some weak points what they don’t recognize. After they receive the evaluation result, they can realize what students’ needs and then they apply new methods later.
For some teachers, it is hard to admit what are their weak points than admit their strong points. But if they know exactly what they have to do for students, they could try the better teaching methods.
Still the evaluation form is not enough to evaluate the teacher’s ability exactly, anyway I believe the fact that students evaluation help both students and teachers.

Specialist are the necessity for the society as a whole they help to carry forward the information and knowledge that have come out of research and have been widely disseminated through mass global media. One of the Renouned scientist once said that “ I can only research what I do because there are so many who have come before me , upon whom I can turn for the basic knowledge. Extensive and Vigorous research is only possible upon the narrowly focused individual at each step that a full understanding of the complex issues. Each person adds enough knowledge that combine together we can achieve big results.” This illustrates that our society needs specialist in order to take advantage of the information available to us and carry forward to the next level. It clearly suggest that without specialist our society would find itself flooded in the sea of knowledge. Not a single individual can possibly digest and assimilate all the knowledge in any given area.
Usually when a person is sick he will prefer to see a general practitioner. Usually these kind of generalized doctors can help most ailments with simple and effective treatments. But sometimes the sickness goes beyond the doctor’s knowledge and the prescribed treatments don’t work in the way they should, than the role of a specialist doctor comes. But it is the general practitioner who first comes In the picture and draw valuable conclusions on which a specialist can work further and get to the core of the disease, suggesting the correct treatment to the patient.
Not only may over specialization be dangerous in term of the truth, purity and cohension of knowledge, but it can also serve to drown moral or universal issues. The generalist are the one who can see a broad picture to realize and introduce to the world the problems .With specialization each person focuses on the research. Thus, industrialization, expansion and new technologies are driven ahead.
Without generalist, society becomes inward looking and eventually insufficient. The individuals becomes isolated without recognizing the importance of broadmindedness and for a for sharing generalities. Thus in order to have an overall development of our society specialist and generalist are equally important. Generalist provide their basic knowledge while specialist drive us forward in the series of thurst for achieving great heights.

Your work needs little improvement because it is excellent.
Working against the clock is always difficult.Perhaps you need to practice writing as quickly as possible without incurring errors. A tall order I know, but feasible.
The other alternative is to eliminate as many unnecessary words from your text as possible, but that would destroy your spontaneity and probably delay you even more.
